Came up with this one night at a campfire. Baby Back ribs with Tequila barbecue sauce with lemon. Very lip smacking good.
Slab of Baby Back Ribs
2 cups honey barbecue sauce
1/4 cup of Tequila (I like Eltoro)
1 lemon, sliced
Mix barbecue sauce and Tequila. Rinse ribs off with water, put in oven for baking or put on hot grill. For oven -- 400°. Turn grill down to low.
When ribs are about done, slather lots of sauce on one side then the other. Lay slices of lemon on top side of ribs. Press down so that the lemon
juice runs out. Let bake. Be careful that the ribs do not burn at this point. When ribs turn a golden brown, they are done. Just before you eat the ribs. sprinkle sea salt to your liking. Careful, not too much, sea salt is stronger. Enjoy!!
