Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
dash of salt
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Instructions:
Mix together the sugar, butter, cornstarch, and salt and gradually stir in the boiling water. Boil while stirring until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes. Stir in the vanilla and nutmeg.Lemon Sauce
