Vegetables with Sour Cream Dip

Place dip in a small bowl in the center of a platter and arrange vegetables around it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons fresh dill or chervil, finely chopped

Instructions:

Combine above ingredients and chill. Serve with assorted raw vegetables: chilled celery or carrot sticks, radishes, flowerets of broccoli or cauliflower, cucumber slices, mushrooms, strips of green or red sweet pepper.
