by

Yield: 6 waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

Mix and sift dry ingredients. Beat egg yolks well and combine with milk; add to dry mixture and beat until smooth; add melted butter, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
