Warm Potato Salad
Yield: 16 servings about a 1/2 cup each
- 2 1/2 lb new red potatoes
- 8oz fat free Chive and Onion cream cheese
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tbls fresh dill
Instructions:1. Cut potatoes into quaters. Place them in a pan, cover with water and boil until tender.
2. Mix the cream cheese and milk in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 40 seconds. Stir until well blended. Stir in dill.
3. Lightly blend potato and cream cheese mixure together. Can be served warm or cold.
