Yield: 4 cups
Double recipe if making both Gingerbread-Pear Sandwich Cakes and Mocha Teacup Parfaits.Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
