Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries1 cup plain whole yogurt (or kefir)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions:
Place berries in a food processor and process to a puree. Add yogurt or kefir, maple syrup, and egg yolks and process until smooth.
