- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 carrots, coarsley grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
