Poppy Seed Bread

Yield: Makes 3 loaves
"One of the most requested recipes at Holiday Inn, this bread is easy to make, freezes well, and can be used as a tea bread as well as with a meal." --Holiday Inn, Intervale, New Hampshire
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can (14 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 cups salad oil
- 3 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
Mix in order given with electric mixer, beating constantly at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes.
