Apple Cake

Yield: 12 -4 inch squares
- 1 ½ c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3c flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. chopped Apple
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Mix together oil, sugar, and add eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Add apples and pecans. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350* for one hour.
