Rocky Road Brownie Bars

These brownie are so yummy and gooey with a great marshmallowy flavor...perfect for those days when nothing but rich rich sweet chocolate will do.
- 1 package brownie mix (plus ingredients to make "cake-like" brownies)
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate morsels (divided)
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes, then remove to nonstick cooling rack. Immediately sprinkle 1 cup of the chocolate morsels over the hot brownies. Allow to stand for 5 minutes until chocolate is melted, then spread evenly over the top. Stir marshmallow cream in jar and microwave, uncovered, on high for 20-30 seconds or until softened. Drizzle over brownies. Coarsely chop cashews, sprinkle over marshmallow cream.
In a small bowl, microwave remaining chocolate morsels, uncovered,on high for approximately 1 minute, stirring after each 20-second interval, until melted. Drizzle over marshmallow cream.
For easier slicing, allow brownies to cool at least 20 minutes. Slice using a knife that has been dipped in hot water.
