Jim's Country Style Pork Ribs

Meat Recipes

Yield: 6 servings

These are the easiest ribs to prepare in the shortest amount of time.

  • 6 country style pork ribs
  • 1 48-ounce can pineapple juice
  • 1 large bottle Bull`s Eye original barbecue sauce

Trim excess fat off ribs. Place ribs in a large stock pot and cover with pineapple juice; boil for 1 hour.

Drain juice, and baste with barbecue sauce. Place ribs in a baking pan and broil for 2 1/2 minutes on each side.

After each side is done, baste once more and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
