Chili Cheese Meal
Miscellaneous Recipes
This is a very easy recipe, not terribly expensive to make and very good! Easy for children learning to cook and it's quick for busy nights. It could also be used as an appetizer.
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1 small can no-bean chili
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Colby, mozzarella, or American)
- corn or taco chips
In the bottom of an 8x8 pan spread cream cheese. Pour no-bean chili on top, spreading it to cover the cream cheese. Top shredded cheese.
Cook in 350-degree oven until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Serve over or with chips.
Comments
For a slow cooker variation, layer all ingredients, except chips, in a crockpot. Cook on low until heated through; stir and serve.
