You will not be sorry trying this rub. It gives those country style ribs a nice spicy flavor. This recipe makes a large amount. I keep it in a large shaker and keep it refrigerated. – Reviewed by William Tweedy

Excellent! I just changed the recipe to 2 tsp. of cayenne ... needed more heat! – Reviewed by Richard Needham
This is, by far, the best rub recipe I have ever tried. Everyone who tried my ribs with this recipe raved about the flavor. In the past I have spent $7 - $10 for premade rubs. None of them compare to this! – Anonymous Review
I am so glad you had this recipe on your web site. I lost it and I thought is was gone forever. This is the best barbecue recipe I ever tasted--it is far better than any of the others I have tried in the Carolinas. – Anonymous Review
Rub the night before, then wrap. Heat grill on high, wrap in foil, fat side down for 15 minutes, turn down low for about an hour ... you cannot go wrong! – Reviewed by shawna mason
