–Yankee Magazine, September/October 2011

Founded in 1888, Myopia is one of the oldest polo clubs in the nation. Summer Sunday tournaments, every week from Memorial Day to Columbus Day, are energetic yet informal, with spectators seated on blankets and lawn chairs. Come early and enjoy your own tailgate picnic. At midmatch everyone is invited to help tamp down the divots in the grass kicked up by the horses’ hooves.
