Christmas Terrarium

Attention, non-crafters! This project is an idea as much as it is a craft, and you don’t need any special skills to pull it off–just a small collection of cute holiday keepsakes and a bell jar. Look for synthetic snow at any craft store.

You’ll need:
– synthetic craft snow
– decorative plate or cake stand
– assortment of vintage ornaments and figurines (such as Santas and bottle-brush trees)
– bell jar or glass dome

Sprinkle a hearty dose of snow on your plate or cake stand, which will form the bottom of the terrarium.

Place ornaments, figurines, and trees atop the snow to create a wintry scene.

Place your glass dome on top to complete the terrarium.
