SLIDE SHOW: Spring Flowers
by Sarah Smith Barnum
Spring is well on its way here in New England. As the snow melts there is nothing more exciting than the first tulip bulbs that burst forth to greet us; even the skunk cabbage is a welcome sign of the changing seasons. To celebrate the beginning of another rebirth, here are 25 user-submitted images from Yankee's photo gallery of the lovely flowers of spring!

These Flowers ar just so beautiful-I can
t imagine a world without Flowers-Iam one of those who like Dandelions-A Danderlion first has that pretty Yellow Flower - then the ball like a Cloud and finally you can have Danderlion-Wine-Salad-or cooked. what more could you expect from one little plant?Comment from jacki wilmot on April 18, 2010

I read the caption for each picture and hung over it hungrily. It has been a long Winter in Montreal and these pictures definitely have a tonic effect on my body and soul. Thank you, and keep the slide shows coming on please.
