Yield: Serves 6.
A fine dish for Saturday lunch or Sunday supper, served with a Waldorf salad.Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, cut in small pieces2 cups mashed carrots
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups grated cheese
1 small onion, grated
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well to blend. Turn into greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes.Browse Similar Recipes
