Got this recipe from my mom's box. She got it from a rancher's wife. It's really easy to make, and goes with every season.Ingredients:
3 or 4 tart apples3 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Peel and core apples; then slice thin. Mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon and apples. Turn into greased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. Add topping. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until apples are tender.Topping

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup butter
