Asparagus Amandine

Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh asparagus1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/3 cup diced almonds
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Place asparagus which has been cooked for 15 minutes and drained in a buttered, ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with the grated onion, almonds, and breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Pour the butter over the dish and put under the broiler until the top is browned.Browse Similar Recipes
