Yield: Makes 1 loaf.
A coarse-textured bread that goes well with salads and cheese.Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
2 eggs, well beaten
2 teaspoons honey
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 12-ounce can beer, at room temperature
