Blueberry Buckle & Maple Cream

This was something my mom made when I was a kid. I got the recipe from a friend on myspace and decided to add a little maple syrup to the cream. What a fusion of flavors!!Ingredients:
2 cups flour1 cup sugar
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg beaten
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions:
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla and egg until smooth. Fold in berries. Pour into greased 9x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.CREAM
Ingredients:
1 pint whipping creampure maple syrup to taste (never hurts to taste!)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
With mixer, beat cream until peaks begin to form.
