Broccoli Raisin Salad

- 3/4 cups raisins
- 2 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup thin sliced green onions
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:Cover raisins with hot tap water soak till plump; drain.
In large bowl combine broccoli, green onion, bacon, sunflower seeds and drained raisins; set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl. Toss till mixed. Chill till serving time.
