Ingredients:
1 pound chestnuts, coarsely chopped1/4 pound salt pork
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
6 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
Cook pork in frying pan until brown. Add onions and celery and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, and stuff lightly into the bird.Browse Similar Recipes
