Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients:
1 ready-made graham cracker piecrust1 package 7-ounce semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 pint heavy cream
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Separate 2 eggs. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Beat the heavy cream. Melt chocolate over hot water (double boiler). Once melted remove from heat. Add 1 whole egg. Mix well. Add the 2 egg yolks, one at a time, and mix after each addition. Fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Add vanilla.
