Ingredients:
1/2 cup Carnation milk (refrigerated for 24 hours)1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions:
In a medium mixing bowl whip Carnation milk with electric mixer on high. Slowly, add sugar to milk while mixing.
