Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 pound fingerling potatoes, sliced lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick pieces
  • Kosher or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
