Ingredients:
2 eggs1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
Beat the eggs together with the sugar, flour and lemon juice. Add the pineapple juice. Cook the mixture until it thickens, stirring constantly. Cool. Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream.Browse Similar Recipes
