Grilled Lamb Kabobs
Yield: serves 4
This is simple and easy and a huge crowd pleaser with grilled pita bread and a Caesar Salad.
- lamb meat(I used stew meat/you could use ground)
- juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 cloves garlic grated small
- sprinkle of olive oil
- 1 jar of mint jelly
- skewers for grilling
Instructions:Marinate the lamb in the juice, oil and garlic for at least an hour (you can leave it overnight if you want as well.) Place meat on Skewers
Grill over medium heat turning to brown all surfaces (about 8-10 minutes). Baste with mint jelly turning once more around (1 minute per side).
