Yield: Makes 6 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound smoked ham, ground
  • 3/4 pound fresh uncooked pork, ground
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix the first six ingredients and form into a loaf in a loaf pan. Mix the last four ingredients and use to baste the ham loaf as it is cooking. Bake about 1 hour, or until done.
