Yield: 10 to 12 servings (3 cups)
Here's a wonderful recipe for entertaining -- easy to make ahead of time and always popular with guests. It is delicious served with whole-wheat or whole-grain crackers.Ingredients:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon into a crock or bowl. Serve with crackers. This spread can be frozen for up to one month.Browse Similar Recipes
