Yield: 8 to 10 patties
This is an old family recipe. Very good.Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground pork1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into patties and fry; drain well.The sausage may be batched and frozen.
