- Light Alfredo Sauce
- Yield: 6 Servings
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup grate parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot.
Blend in cheese and pepper.
