Yield: Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth3 cups couscous
1/2 cup toasted pine nuts
4 scallions, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
2 tablespoons fresh dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. Add pine nuts, scallions, mintd, dill, lemon juice, and stir to mix.Browse Similar Recipes
