Moma's Salmon Loaf

Yield: Serves 8-10.
My Mom makes this for us, it’s easy and a good way to get the kids to eat fish.Ingredients:
1 can salmon (14.75 ounces), drained and deboned1 tablespoon mayonnaise
5 pieces of bread, make crumbs
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Mix all ingredients together.
Bake in ungreased dark glass or metal loaf pan for 1 hour.
