New Potatoes in Cream

Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients:
12 small new potatoes1 bunch scallions
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
flour
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
chopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions:
Scrub the potatoes and scallions. Cut the potatoes in quarters and the scallions in 1-inch pieces. Put them in a saucepan and dust with flour. Add the milk and cream, butter, salt, and white pepper. Cook covered over low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until done. Sprinkle generously with dill or parsley.Browse Similar Recipes
