Quick and Easy Salad Dressing

Yield: 1-1/3 cups

A good, simple dressing for a tossed salad or coleslaw. For extra zip on a tossed salad, try using a flavored vinegar, such as tarragon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Shake well before using.

    I made this a second time using raspberry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Much better

    Substitute raw honey (use less) for the sugar. Better flavor and MUCH better for you!
