A good, simple dressing for a tossed salad or coleslaw. For extra zip on a tossed salad, try using a flavored vinegar, such as tarragon.

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Shake well before using.

I made this a second time using raspberry vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Much better

Substitute raw honey (use less) for the sugar. Better flavor and MUCH better for you!
