4 cups milk
1 (2-inch) stick cinnamon
3 to 4 whole cloves
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold milk
Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat 15

Combine sugar and cornstarch; add the 2 tablespoons cold milk, stirring
Mixture until smooth. Add cold milk mixture to hot milk mixture, stirring
