Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 12 scallions
  • melted butter
  • 2 pieces buttered toast

Instructions:

Cook the scallions in lightly salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender. Arrange on toast and pour the melted butter over them.
