- Strawberry Cheesecake
- 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 9" baked pie shell
- 10 oz. Jar strawberry preserves
Combine softened cream cheese with sugar, mixing until well blended.
Blend in milk, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at
350 for 40 minutes. Cool. Top with preserves; chill. Garnish with
