Sweet and Sour Dressing

Yield: Makes 1-1/2 cups.

If your family needs a little encouragement to eat salads, this will help.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon minced green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients and shake well.
