Waldorf Salad

Yield: Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

  • fresh salad greens of your choice (enough for 4 people)
  • 1 cup apples, cored and chopped (skin on)
  • 1 cup English walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • vinaigrette or other dressing

Instructions:

Rinse greens and arrange on 4 plates. Mix other ingredients and arrange over the greens, breaking nutmeats into smaller pieces, as desired. Add salad dressing of your choice.
